Chris McAleer is a license residential salesperson in New Jersey with Century 21 Alliance.  Chris also holds a real estate license in Delaware and Pennsylvania in order to better serve his clients in the tri-state area.

In terms of background, Chris has a lot to offer to his clients in order to help them with their real estate needs. Chris McAleer has earned a designation of a senior real estate specialist and is a member of the SRES Council and is connected to SRES^® business partners.  The council trains real estate agents like Chris to help find solutions to the specific needs of maturing Americans who are discerning things like relocating, buying, selling, and investment properties.  As a result, Chris can discuss which options are best for the client and provide them with information needed for making significant housing decisions.

Chris is a Certified Investor Agent Specialist^® who has been trained to provide quality advice for all types of investors so whether you're a first time investor, move up investor, portfolio investors, performance investors, or rehab and resell investors he is able to provide the proper advice and counseling to assist you in reaching your goals.  Chris has a significant amount of experience also helping investors buy both short sales, pre-approved short sales, and bank own properties with all levels of condition based on the investors preferences.  
 
Chris also is a Certified Distress Property Expert^® who has experience providing advice to sellers on how to manage financial real estate distress properly so they can make the most informed decision.  It's always suggested to get additional input from an accountant and real estate lawyer so one can evaluate the entire picture from all three angles to understand your choices, and responsibilities.  When someone is qualified to pursue a short sale I'm ready to help them make the transition.

He enhance his knowledge of the distress market by completed the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.  This education added greater depth of knowledge to this complex market segment which helps set him apart further in this field.

Finally, Chris has received also the National Association of REALTORS® Military Relocation Professional Certification.  This certification has provided him with an education on the real estate needs of those who are or have been in the military.  Chris enjoys being able to help those who have helped our Country by providing his skills and services.

Prior to joining Century 21 Alliance, Chris worked in Ocean City, New Jersey doing property management for investment properties before deciding to go into residential sales.  He also worked at the Delaware Economic Development Office prior to his real estate career.  His earlier days consisted of acquiring a Bachelors degree in Finance, a Bachelors of Science in Economics, and a Masters of Arts degree in Economics.  All three of his degrees were earned from the University of Delaware.  Prior to acquiring his degrees, Chris lived in Medford New Jersey for 22 years in Sherwood Forest and graduated from Shawnee High School.
